FABTECH 2019 is just a memory now, but we came away with many opportunities to build on for the future.

This year’s show was held in Chicago and offered a chance for us to showcase our manufacturing growth and products. Our team expressed our dedication to headed and ball lock punches, along with numerous component and precision tooling that we offer. There was a strong response from companies looking for suppliers like American Punch that can forge long-term relationships to meet their needs.

We were able to educate a number of customers who didn’t realize the full capabilities of their ironworker. They discovered their machine could do so much more than just punch round and slot holes. They were excited to learn about our wide range of punch and die shapes, as well as our lattice bar, counter-sinking and corner rounding tooling. We were able to utilize our Instagram and Facebook accounts to share videos of demonstrations which highlighted the variety of punches and dies that American Punch offers.

As usual, FABTECH provided important opportunities for networking and rekindling relationships. We’re always glad to meet customers face-to-face and learn more about their operations. We were also pleased to meet with major machine manufacturers to discuss tooling needs for machines they plan to launch in the future. This kind of collaboration always pays off for our customers.

FABTECH presents learning tools for attendees as well as exhibitors. Our team had the opportunity to attend a presentation showcasing a brief overview of the economy and where our industry is headed in 2020. This helps us to adopt the correct business strategies to overcome any hurdles that may lie ahead for the upcoming year.

If you didn’t make it to FABTECH, you still have plenty of opportunities to learn more about our precision and ironworker tooling. Call 1.800.243.1492 today to begin the process. A member of our knowledgeable staff will be glad to help.
